She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media Management from the University of South Australia, and has attained a certificate in Teaching English as a Second Language from the Regional English Language Centre (RELC) in Singapore. She is also a 6 Seconds certified Emotional Intelligence coach.
Ms Merle Celine Magness has taught 3-day Grammar Courses for adults in MINDEF, 2-day ‘Communication from the Heart’ courses for Trilife Communications and has also written and edited books on Primary compositions, Secondary and Junior College essay writing books.
